i have been to this location a couple times with two of my vehicles. the employees are friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean and well-maintained. but the best part is i noticed my vehicles have never turned out cleaner than when i come here. (i have unlimited membership for three of my vehicles at a "quick" competitor 🦆) if waterfly had more locations i would switch membership immediately 🙂

UPDATE: Credit where credit is due, the GM called me to apologize a couple days later. Was impressed with the follow through. Thanks! ORIGINAL REVIEW:Paid for a basic wash on a car that was only moderately dirty. They only power washed one side of the vehicle, car still had bugs and dirty spots after one pass. I vacuumed and then drove back around to ask to go through a second time and was not allowed. The manager, Louis, told me second passes were not allowed on the basic wash. I then called the phone. number and told the AI assistant my issue to which she said it was their policy to allow another pass regardless of the wash package. When I drove back around and told Louis this he still said no. There wasn't a line behind me and the wash was completely clear. In spite of all of this the answer was still no. Unbelievable.

Tbh, not just just reviewing because I got a free wash but because the workers are wonderful and friendly. Location was easy to locate and clean. My favorite part was the basket filled with clean & dirty towels lol overall everything looked so clean and convenient. I saw a post about them doing a free coupon for wash so I had to try it. Will be coming again here!

I stopped by this Waterfly car wash at 5505 Madison ave Fair Oaks, CA 95628 last Friday and got my car washed which turned out to be a pretty shitty wash. I will say there vacuums are very good though. Anyways, I'm vacuuming my car and and employee came up to me with something in his hands and asked me if this came off my car turned out to be my taillight lenses. I walked to back of car and not only did it knock 1 of the lenses of it ripped them both off. Employee had to go and find the other one in the car wash. Bad thing is 1 was complete the other was cracked in half. Of course the owners got ahold of me and said they weren't going to help out with any of the cost of the taillights do to the fact from the video it appears that the blower at the end is what knocked them off and it wasn't from the wash equipment itself. Tell me why it matters if it was from equipment or from a blower, it's all your equipment. If the owners would have said, hey we'll replace the 1 thats actually broke in half in stead of nothing at all I wouldn't be pissed because I was able to glue the complete 1 back on but the other I'll have to replace. Just another bullshit management team making a bullshit de
